 The organic food is produced by the organic farming of agricultural crops without the using of chemical synthetic crops and hybrid crops. The organic food contains very less amount of chemical residues compared to the other food available in markets .The farmers produces the crops  by using the organic manure and organic crop medicine to grow the crops.  This can help to boost crop yield and the quality of agriculture products. By using organics in agriculture it improves the food quality by which organic food is produced .The genetically modified crops is avoid by the organic farming which directly impacts on the food quality. The term organic food contains all the agricultural and animal husbandry products including livestock for example eggs, fish, meat etc. Which are grown on pure organic way. The organic farming  produce like vegetables, grains, pulses etc contains a good amount of proteins and vitamins which is beneficial for human health.

 1. Low exposure to the chemicals. 

Organic foods contains a very low level of synthetic pesticides compare to the traditional grown produce which didn't have any impact on body and human health. By avoiding the chemical fertilizers and herbicides the produce is fully called as organic which provides nutritional supplements to the body


2. High source of nutrients. 

     The organic produce from  organic farming has high nutrients and antioxidants which are useful to human health. Organic produce contains several more vitamins and minerals than the other food this nutritional content of organic food make better adapting by the society in their daily consumption. The daily consumption of organic food lead to improve a healthy life and long life.
